Nothing on this site limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for a purpose we said they were fit for, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

Manufacturer warranties sit on top of those rights. They do not replace them.

To raise a problem, email hello@shit.com.au with the order number, the SKU, and what went wrong. Do not ship the instrument until we give a return path.
