Returns

Change of mind returns are assessed case by case. The instrument must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories. Email hello@shit.com.au within 7 days of delivery with the order number.

Faulty goods are handled under the manufacturer warranty and the Australian Consumer Law. Do not ship anything back until we give a return path.

Opened consumables, custom-cut staves and special-order lines are not returnable for change of mind.
