Warranty

Instruments carry the manufacturer’s warranty as stated on the product page. Leica DISTO is typically 3 years on registration. Many rotating lasers offer an extended term after registration. TUF and Vivax terms are as supplied on the carton.

Warranty is the manufacturer’s. We will help you start a claim — email hello@shit.com.au with the order number, serial, and what failed. Do not assume on-site repair; most instruments go to an authorised service centre.

These warranties sit on top of, and do not replace, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
